Overview: In the 23.6.0 version we have provided multiple advanced features in this release with an application and web portal, where we care about security and enhancement with smart workflow.
Bulk Maintenance:
Setting>>Bulk Maintenance: In setting of bulk maintenance there is the option of preference from user can have multiple settings which is mentioned below:
- Notification
- Reason Of Pass
- Checklist
- Custom Label
- Location
Media Setting: In SCA Module there is media setting option where below are the details for all setting for application and web:
Based on the settings provided, you have the option to add attachments to your message. The attachment notes specify the supported types, which include Excel, CSV, PDF, DOC, TXT, images, videos, and audio files or attachment limits & you can set various validation on it.
Mobile setting

The user selects any above services based on that the attachment will work on the SCA module
Status: In status there will be the option for ticket Paused, Verify and Reopen.
By default, the service will be off once the user on the services there will be option of above button on the tickets.

Assets Management:
Assets Audit: Setting>>Assets Service: In assets service there will be option of custom field calculation “Do you need the option to custom field calculation”? And then other “Do need to editable flash for message for assets expired or near to expire in detail page”?
Assets Management>>Assets Status: In Assets status there will be 4 tabs which is mentioned below:
- Expired
- Near Expiry
- Valid
- Not Applicable
SCA: (Store Condition Assessment):
