Download Report with Selected Fields

In Service Provider there is an Analytics option, in analytics there is the option of report, so need to provide the option of selected field and create a report based on that field. In selected fields below are the options.

  • Complaint No.
  • Location Name.
  • Report No.
  • Customer Name.
  • Title.
  • Status.
  • Created at.
  • Work Completed.
  • Work Started.
  • Duration.

Once the fields are selected the user needs to click submit. Then a list screen will appear. There user can download reports in three different formats CSV, Excel, and PDF.

GEO Location

In Geo Location, there is a setting option to configure all modules. Where the user can have a preference, in preference there are 2 options one is service and another is Paid GEO Location Services:

Once the issue/ticket is created, the user must check that the GEO location is on for the above module. If it’s on, then you need to check that the user is going to perform any action which is mentioned above is on or off. So, if it’s on, the user can only perform any action at that location, then only allowed to perform. Otherwise, a message will appear that you are not able to perform as you are not at the location.

Assets Management

⦁ In Analytics>>Assets Management: The user has the option Assets Overview Chart from where the user can get a quick update of the full assets chain.

Platform Version

Need to show the platform based on staff, role, and access base, so if a user has access, based on that, the user can view the platform and staff last seen.

Analytics for Preventive Maintenance

In preventive maintenance, users can have 21 total charts and from which 9 are new charts on the app and web where below are the 9 charts lists to which users can have quick access to ticket updates:

Budget and Expense

In budget and expense the improvement is developed in reports and in a dynamic form where users can have multiple options.
Setting>>budget and Expense>> There is the option of Preferences, where we have added 2 more options which are mentioned below:
⦁ Do you need expense type on budget?
⦁ Do you need mandatory budget type option for expense service?
By default above both service will be off, there will be an option for filter for selecting the option.
Budget and Expense: In budget and expense, the user adds a budget and selects The form after that user needs to add the 3 new fields by default as mention as Unit, Target, Year.
In this report we will show and store the details of Location in report, and also if the amount of expense is high then budget then it will show Exceed Amount in details screen.

Android Improvement

  • All dropdown and expand collops UI up down arrow similar in all places like complaint management
  • Enquiry Management – Edit Enquiry from the list screen of Enquiry Management.
  • Check all attachment URL is local or not from file utils function

  • Additional information should not be shown until there is no shown
