Budget and Expense Charts
In budget and expenses there is information on charts based on assets which is based on Setting>>Budget and Expense>> Preferences. Do you need parent & child access for budget service? By default, the service will be off, do you need Assets/Category/ Sub Category/ Model/ Item base Budget & Expense? Below will be the option for assets: Equipment, Equipment Category, Brand, Model, Serial No.
Analytics: Budget and Expenses
In Analytics there are six new charts based on Setting, which charts are mentioned bellow.
- Equipment Category – Most
- Equipment – Most Expense
- Brands – Most Expense
- Models – Most Expense
- Serial No – Most Expense
- Equipment – Most Expense
- Brands – Most Expense
- Models – Most Expense
- Serial No – Most Expense
QR Code
In QR code we have provide the functionality of scanning QR code for Assets, Location, and Area.
Setting>>QR code>>
In QR code there are 4 different tabs which are mentioned below:
Preference: In service there will be below service based on that other 3 tabs will come which is define as below:
- Do you need QR code scan option for the modules below?
- Do you need QR code on assets base?
- Do you need QR code on Location base?
- Do you need QR code on Area base?
Assets QR Code
This option will have the to select below checkboxes to include logo at bottom

Application QR Code
In Application there is the option at home screen for Scanning QR code after scanning the QR code, while scanning QR code there will be screen appearing for below module which is mention bellowed
Complaint Management
Once the user scans the option of complaint then user can create the complaint from based on the details which will have filled details of assets/location or area is scan that data will show and user can create complain on single click.
Preventive Maintenance
Once the user scans the option of Preventive Maintenance then user can Create the Activity from based on the details which will have filled details of assets/location or area is scan that data will show and user can Create Activity on single click.
Asset Management
Once the user scans the option of Assets Management then user can find the details of assets which will have Assets details, Service provider details, Assets Remark, Delete Assets, Assets Attachment, Assets Location details, Complaint Title, Preventive Maintenance Title, Nature of issue, Task Management, Staff Management, Enquiry Management, Service provider list, SCA modules.
Store Condition Assessment
Once the user scans the option of Store condition Assessment then user can Create the Assessment ticket from based on the details which will have filled details of assets/location or area is scan that data will show and user can Create Assessment on single click.
GEO Location
In GEO location the user will have access to tickets while they are at the same location to close the tickets.
Setting>> Service Management
There is the option to subscribe to the service of GEO location, once the service on then in setting other setting need to do.

In GEO location setting there is option of preference where below will be the service:
Services
Do you need GEO Location Option for the modules below? Preventive Maintenance, by default the service will be once the service will be on then user will be new tab for Preventive Maintenance.
Preventive Maintenance
Do you need a GEO Location option for a service provider? By default, the service will be off, once the service is on then service the user needs to select Distance Area, Distance Type, and need to select the Action, so based on that Action user can have access to work based on action.
Preventive Maintenance
In Preventive Maintenance, once the ticket is scheduled and user wants to perform on that ticket and the user is not at that location then can’t perform any action on Preventive Maintenance ticket. It will show the message: “Cannot perform action as you are outside geo location radius”, and radios is based on setting.
Select Multiple Assets
Side menu>> Assets Management: Need to provide the option of check box after most child so from their user can select the needed in row and can perform below action,
- Delete,
- Set reminder,
- Create custom reports,
- Can download QR code and excel, CSV,
- Can Add remark
- Add Service provide
- and also edit/ change location the location in bulk by selection
Language Translation
In language translation we need to provide the option of 5 languages where the user can choose the language and the portal all data will be in that language listed below are the languages:
- English
- Hindi
- Gujarati
- Chinese
- Marathi
Store Condition Attachment
In store condition attachment have provide the below Improvements.
There must be an attachment option/icon alongside while assessing every item so that the attachment can be added for respective item attachment. – every item has an attachment option need to give.

- Employee Passed Activity
- Preventive Maintenance Top- Most Activity
Master Improvement
In Master we have provided 2 Improvements which will help the Support team to add data and manage data easily.
Deleting Customer from Master
User can delete any de-active or unused customer account, so all data of that user will be deleted.
Add New City in Master
can add any city from the master, and it will be bound with customer portal Location management.
Android Improvement
In this sprint/release there are 3 android improvements which are mentioned below:
- Create complaint page UI expand collapse.
- Complaint management create report remove stepper and implement expand collapse like frontend
- Complaint overview do click on delete > complaint data missing.
IOS Improvement
In this sprint/release there are 5 iOS improvements which are mentioned below:
- Complaint management creates reports remove stepper and implement expand collapse like frontend
- Create complaint page UI expand collapse.
- iPad Three Dot Action Sheet Not open
- Department empty time parent department show
- Time-Zone related changes for complaint management
Frontend Improvement
In this sprint/release there are 4 Frontend improvements which are mentioned below:
- Need to add Conformation Model when Profile Image Remove.
- Design Changes and Improvements in Customer and vendor Portal.
- customer portal: if user collapse model, then that setting should be save if again user open any detail page, then model should be close.
- Customer web: user able to upload other location’s assets.
Bugs
- Nana bug – Service provider list incomplete
- Vendor bug – report blank for 10347 and 12033
- Autoblock invoice 2 bugs – after completed and applied to all previous ones
- Vendor June reported 500-character auto fetch issue in invoice
- Asset data Filter issue in tonight release
- Need to regenerate report for blank issue
- 2nd level approver cannot see verify invoice button
- 1st level approver can see verify button even after 1st approval is done. e.g BSB-14153
- 1st level approver can see verify button even after both level approval is done. e.g. BSB-10597
